Harvesting Tea: Basic +35%, Advanced +50%, Pure +65%, Milky +65%, Creamy +85%. A Survivor's Pie and a Harvesting Tea replace each other, so eat one. A Bear Pie multiplies either by 1.5 (Rich Bear Pie: 1.75) but burns it 2× as fast. Tea and pie combos compares every mix. A better tool only harvests faster.
Methodology
Tested in game on our own server: the number the game aims for in each population on a 4,000 m map. A server can change the settings. Tested on the current version of Rust.
