Instant heal comes at once; over-time heal comes one HP a second while you are below full health. The cure columns are how much of that meter the item removes. Use time is in seconds: on you, on another player, on a wounded player. Anti-Radiation Pills also costs 5 hydration.
Wounded and revive
- Down
- A knocked-down player crawls with 7 to 12 HP for 40 to 50 s. A fall wounds straight to incapacitated, and swimming while down turns crawling into it: 2 to 6 HP for 10 to 25 s.
- Getting up alone
- When the timer ends the player gets up with a 20% chance, up to 45% with full food and water (the bonus is 25% times the average of both bars). Incapacitated: 10% up to 35%. Otherwise the player dies.
- Large Medkit in the belt
- Recovery is certain unless a fall caused the wound: when the chance roll fails, the medkit is used up and the player gets up.
- Revive
- Another player using Medical Syringe, Medical Honey Bandage and Bandage on a wounded player gets them up at once with 2 to 6 HP, plus the item's instant heal. A wounded player cannot use items, and nobody revives themselves.
- Down again
- Within 60 s of being knocked down, another lethal hit kills instead of wounding.
Server defaults. A wounded player can be revived until the timer ends.

Methodology
Best places to find it. Worked out from loot tables tested in game. A crate that has not been tested yet is left out, so a monument can give more than shown.
