Methodology
Tested in game: fitted to a Workbench Level 3 on our own server, with 300 batch crafts run per item.
The bench refuses a second copy of the same upgrade, so this never stacks with itself. With another upgrade: efficiency + recyclebin on 8x Zoom Scope made 327 from 300 crafts and returned 5.4% High Quality Metal; efficiency + recyclebin on 5.56 Rifle Ammo made 1002 from 300 crafts and returned 4.9% Metal Fragments, 4.8% Gun Powder.
