HP, explosion resistance, upgrade cost and the raid counts are set by the construction grade, not the block type — a floor / ceiling has the same values as any other block of that grade. Raid counts are the whole-block amounts of each explosive needed (fewer = faster); triangle variants take roughly half. All values from the Rust game files.
