Each row is one full target, with the bonus the last hit adds. Gathering teas add to it. Hits assume you never hit the bonus marker. The Stone Pickaxe wastes part of every hit on ore nodes and animals, so it gets less than the full amount there and those counts are averages. Compare every tool.
