Every piece's protection was tested in game on our own server, for the damage types and body parts shown here. Values assume intact armor. Worn pieces add their protection on each body part they cover, up to 100%. An armor insert adds its protection to the piece it sits in, on every body part that piece covers. Pieces that share a body slot cannot be worn together, so the list only offers what fits. Crafted armor rolls its insert slots when it is made; each piece offers the most slots it can roll. Armor you cannot craft, like the ballistic vest, has none. Tested on the current version of Rust. TTK calculator
