What opening every crate and barrel there once gives, on average.
Methodology
Best places to find it. Worked out from loot tables tested in game. A crate that has not been tested yet is left out, so a monument can give more than shown.

- Fuses burn out
- In the Power Plant every Heavy Fuse burns down. The 3 fuses with the lowest condition burn out in 2 hours 40 minutes. Every other fuse burns at 8 to 12% of that rate and lasts 22 to 33 hours. These times hold with 100 or more players online. With 10 or fewer, every fuse burns at 25% of its rate and lasts 4 times as long; in between, the rate rises in step with the player count.
