The Giant Excavator turns diesel fuel into raw materials at its own monument, including HQM ore that you would otherwise farm by hand.
- No keycard needed. Put diesel in the engine and switch it on.
- It digs one resource type at a time. Pick HQM, metal, sulfur or stone at the excavator controls.
- It is loud and visible from far away, so expect PvP.
- Output is split between its two output piles, so empty both.
- Diesel does not drop from barrels or crates. Pick it up off the ground at monuments.
Is the Excavator Worth It?
One diesel gives 100 high quality metal ore, or 5,000 metal fragments, or 2,000 sulfur ore, or 10,000 stones in 2m. Whether that is worth the trip depends on your server: the excavator is loud and draws other players.
