Unlocks, data and what each plan includes.
What is an unlock, and does it expire?
Unlocks pay for investigations and never expire. A search charges only when it returns useful data; reopening a saved result is free and a refresh is a new search. Pro's unlimited ordinary searches do not include Deep Search. Buying unlocks does not open Pro-only training detail or extension views.
Can Free or cancelled accounts still investigate?
Yes, with an existing balance. Private Hours or server-ban records cost 1 unlock each on every plan. A full Deep Search costs 5 unlocks on Free, 4 on Wipe Pass, 3 on Plus and 1 on Pro. New unlock packs need a paid plan.
What is the Online/Offline Detector?
A 48-hour watch on one player from their profile page. It attempts to tell when they are online or offline even when their Steam activity is private, without using BattleMetrics, and alerts you by browser push, Discord DM or Telegram. Turn on Share with my Rust+ team to also alert your team chat. It holds 1 unlock and refunds it if the player is never seen online. Watching a whole watchlist group costs 1 unlock per player.
What does the watchlist do?
Save players into groups and get an alert when one picks up a VAC, game or community ban. Bans are checked every 6 hours. Wipe Pass holds 25 players in 3 groups, Plus 50 in 10, Pro 100 in unlimited groups.
What can I control about my own profile?
Paid plans can curate the profile after a Deep Search on themselves: hide past names, avatars, friends, groups, games or the inventory from other viewers. Pro can hide the whole report from everyone.
How does training data differ between plans?
Free, Wipe Pass and Plus see one combined total across all seasons and game modes. Pro adds season-by-season results, progression charts and game-mode analytics, included with the subscription.
What does the browser extension add?
On every plan: a live roster, offline list and login/logoff feed on server pages, clan tag detection with saved groups, a player's overview, server history and name changes. One-click Rust+ pairing comes with every paid plan and the 7-day trial on Free. Pro adds Team Finder, Crossed paths, the activity heatmap with raid-window prediction and profile ID resolution. Analysis runs in your browser.
Is the Rust+ companion included?
Wipe Pass, Plus and Pro include all of it: live map with spawn overlays and wipe history, Smart Alarms, automations, cameras with turret control, team tracking, clan chat, team-chat commands and alerts to Discord, Telegram, webhooks, Pushover and ntfy. Free gets a 7-day trial. Paired servers, devices and automations are saved and resume when you upgrade.
